         Project EG-141-002 PPSU injection mold development

In the year 2017, one of our customers asked us to develop this project for them.

At the very beginning, we hesitated, because:

1. the flowability of PPSU is very bad, even worse than PC or PMMA.

2. the melting temperatuer of PPSU is much higher than PC.

3. this mold need IMC (in-mold-cutting).

4. hot runner is not permmited in this mold.

All the points are serious challanges to mold makers. So, many mold factories declined this project.

Finally, E G accepted this project and decided to go ahead.

After 25 days, we finished this mold with excellent works.
